Wait.
The verse that has stood out the strongest recently is Psalm 27:14. It says:
I'm clinging to my Creator, His promises yet again, and His great love. You lead, I'll follow, hannaH
Wait for the Lord;
Be strong and let your heart take courage;
Yes, wait for the Lord.
Waiting is rough. Hard. Confusing. Sadly, I honestly don't like it. A lot of times I find myself drained. I worry, I try to figure things out on my own, when all God is asking is for me to wait. He has a perfect plan, and perfect timing. He's never late, we just don't like to wait.
God, I need answers. There I go again. Impatient, and untrusting. When you're back to square one, where do you go? I'm out of strength and understanding.

Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.
-Isaiah 40:31
I have tired myself out. I have thought, and schemed, but I haven't waited on you very well. Otherwise, I would not be where I'm at right now. I'm waiting. I'm ready for Your strength to crash over me. I will not be tired out or weary. Waiting does not mean that I'm going to sit around doing nothing, but look where You are leading and being willing to follow You into whatever.
