Pressin' On
I think we're going somewhere. I think He's up to something good here. I may be out of my mind, and out of state, perhaps trying to keep my head on straight. We're gonna make it--- It's Monday. It's the beginning of week 19, which means I've been in midwifery classes for 18 complete weeks. I am now 3/4 of the way through and have 6 weeks left. Before we know it, it'll soon be gone!
A few random highlights from the past six weeks:
And onto a more personal learning note...
For the year of 2017 I claimed unlimited as my word for the year. I wanted to lean into God's unlimited power, that He was asking me, "is My power limited?" I wanted to expect much of the year, because He is in it. Then, as of recently, I've been thinking much of living a life with no limits, because when we limit ourselves, we really just limit our God, as if to say, that's too much to ask. Except that it's not, and it's when we ask, we receive, we take His promises, as just that. They're true.
On my day of birth, I received a text that said, "Here's to a year of no limits!" And then it hit me. UNLIMITED was the word I claimed for 2017. And I had totally forgotten that until that moment. And that's exactly what's happening. What! Jesus. You are way too good. Here truly is to a year of no limits! And a year it's turning out to be. I'm learning to lean into Daddy's risky heart, ask for big stuff, or ask, "why not?" Because why not? There's no limit to what might happen- when my heart is in pursuit of His. Sometimes He likes to bless just 'cause. Just 'cause. And this month He sure has. I've had so many good conversations, adventures, drives, hikes, and have been blessed tremendously. It hasn't gone without a few trials, but He is in the midst of it all. That's what the next post will be on:
Being a lover of His presence.
But farewell for now! Love you all, thanks for adventuring along with me and being apart of this crazy thing called life.
Few Specific Prayer Requests:

Few Specific Prayer Requests:
- I'm praying for a substantially large amount of money for my apprenticeship.
- As details are drawn up and come together for that, and that somehow a perfect part time or flexible job would be able to be lined up as well.
- I would like to finalize plans of returning home in July(the dream is to drive, and may have a potential lead to do that...).
- That I would remain diligent, focused, and excited to finish well- the days are warmer, longer, and lighter, making it harder to sit down and study.
- My jaw has been pretty tight recently for no apparent reason.
